Once an appointment has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received, the customer cannot cancel that appointment. Customer-initiated cancellations after confirmation and successful payment are not eligible for a refund. Please contact our team before making payment if you need clarification.

Payments made for a confirmed appointment are non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel, does not attend, or is otherwise unable to use the booked service. This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including the handling of duplicate or incorrectly collected payments or a situation where Lipru Healthcare is unable to provide a confirmed service. Confirm the amount, payment recipient and accepted payment method with our team before paying. Never share passwords, UPI PINs, OTPs or complete card credentials with anyone claiming to represent Lipru Healthcare.
